Psychotherapy and movement

You are not required to lift weights if you’re my client, unless you decide that’s what you want! If you do decide you want to incorporate some movement therapy, we’ll create an exercise program that’s approachable, flexible, and built around your physical goals while concurrently addressing your emotional needs.

Virtual spots available, and as of April 2025 there is a waitlist for in-person spots.

Fee dependent on whether or not you use your insurance. I accept Aetna, BCBS, Carelon, and Optum.

My out of pocket fee is $152/session. Sessions are 50-55 minutes.

additional info

You are the expert on yourself, and I will adapt to your needs while providing guidance and tools. You might be somebody who experiences symptoms of depression and anxiety, or maybe you could benefit from developing more effective communication skills with family members, friends, or a partner.

My goal as a therapist is to let you drive the car as I offer route options from the passenger's seat and point things out to look for on the road as we navigate together. I will strive to help you discover your inner peace and develop self confidence by guiding you to better understand your emotions, what they mean, and where they come from.

I particularly love to get clients who are brand new to therapy and are perhaps nervously testing the waters to find out what it’s like. Whether you are 22 or 64 (or anywhere in between!), I will do my very best to make you feel comfortable enough to share your stories with me. And if you’re a seasoned client, I’ll hopefully offer a new perspective.
